本プライバシーポリシーは、iOSアプリ「顔レース」(以下「本アプリ」)における利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
本アプリの中心機能は、顔写真からレースのキャラクターを作ることです。お客様が選択または撮影した写真は、すべてお使いの端末の中だけで処理・保存されます。顔の検出・切り抜きも端末内(Apple の Vision フレームワーク)で行われ、写真や顔データが開発者のサーバーや第三者に送信されることは一切ありません。キャラクターを削除すると、対応する写真ファイルも端末から削除されます。
ご友人など他の方の写真を使用する場合は、ご本人の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
写真の選択には iOS 標準のフォトピッカーを使用しています。開発者・本アプリが写真ライブラリ全体へアクセスすることはなく、お客様が選択した写真のみを受け取ります。
キャラクター作成時に、カメラでその場で顔を撮影することもできます。カメラはお客様が撮影ボタンを押したときの1枚だけを取得し、端末内で顔の切り抜きに使用します。カメラの映像や撮影した写真を外部に送信することはありません。カメラへのアクセスは初回利用時に許可を求め、iOS の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。
作成したキャラクター(名前・ステータス・切り抜き済みの顔画像)は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
本アプリは広告を表示しません。広告配信や利用状況の解析を行う外部のツール(SDK)は組み込んでおらず、広告識別子(IDFA)の利用やトラッキングも行いません。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありません。本アプリはお客様の情報を収集しません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app "顔レース (Face Race)" (the "App") handles user information.
The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. No account registration is required.
The App's core feature is creating race characters from face photos. Photos you select or take are processed and stored entirely on your device. Face detection and cropping are performed on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Your photos and face data are never sent to the developer's servers or any third party. When you delete a character, its photo file is also deleted from your device.
If you use photos of other people (such as friends), please obtain their consent first.
The App uses the standard iOS photo picker. The App never accesses your entire photo library; it receives only the photos you explicitly select.
When creating a character, you can also take a face photo with the camera. The camera captures only the single photo taken when you press the shutter button, and it is used on-device to crop the face. Camera footage and captured photos are never sent anywhere. Camera access is requested the first time you use it and can be changed at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Characters you create (name, stats, and the cropped face image) are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer's servers.
The App does not display ads. It contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not track you.
The App is not directed at any specific age group. The App does not collect your information.
